Refund Policy

Because we provide digital services, consulting, and personalized strategies, all sales are considered final. Refunds are not offered once services have commenced. Refunds will only be provided in the following situations: Duplicate Payment: If you are charged more than once for the same service. Service Non-Delivery: If RetentionScale fails to initiate service within the agreed timeline due to our fault. Technical Errors: Payments made due to technical faults on our payment gateway or website. All refund requests must be made in writing to support@retentionscale.com within 7 business days of the transaction. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 working days, depending on your bank/payment processor. Note: Refunds are not applicable for: Completed consultations or strategy sessions. Customized campaigns or deliverables already provided. Client-side delays or failure to provide required inputs.
